Computer

You don't need to spend a fortune on a high-end laptop; most of the mid-range laptops in the $350 - $400 price range should work fine. Internet Connection

You should not use the webcam built-in to your laptop because these are usually very poor quality. You can get a high-quality webcam at BestBuy®or a computer store for around $50.
